This article examines the role of the preschool teacher in the education system and their position in society. The pedagogical and social aspects of the teacher’s professional activity, competencies, personal qualities, and influence on children’s comprehensive development are analyzed. Special attention is given to how the teacher fosters moral, social, and intellectual qualities in children, as well as how they interact with parents and colleagues to ensure the effectiveness of the educational process.
