Techniques such as personalized learning plans, reflective practice, and collaborative projects are highlighted as effective means for enhancing creativity. Key methodologies include the integration of experiential learning, where future teachers engage in hands-on activities and simulations that stimulate creative thinking. Mentorship programs, where more experienced educators guide novices in exploring creative teaching strategies, are also explored.
